SIDE STEP CRESCENT MOON
Place a loop band around your ankles and grab your tube bands
Grab one handle of your tube bands in your right hand and let the rest lay on the floor
Step on the tube bands with your right foot. There should be no tension between your right foot and hand
Step to your left foot into a half squat(Not very deep).Hold it for a moment
With your right hand, palm up, reach high over your head and stretch to your left.
Hold this for a moment, then Step back to the right while lowering your right hand to your side
Repeat this 10-12 times
Switch legs so you are standing on the bands with your left leg and repeat 10-12 times again
*** Adjust the placement of the foot on the bands to adjust the resistance.
