REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS


Refunds will be provided for any orders not yet shipped.

Refunds will be provided for any physical product shipped but not yet opened.

Refunds will be provided for any physical product opened that has damages due to a quality issue created during manufacturing or shipping.

Refunds may be provided for damages caused during use at the discretion of NERDbody and based on the proper use of the products by the purchaser.

Refunds can not be provided on resistance bands more than 30 days past the purchased date. or shipping.

REFUNDS ON SERVICES

Refunds on month to month payments will be honored then requested within the first 5 calendar days of the month.

Refunds on annual payments will be honored in full when requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refund Requests for annual or semi annual payments will be based on calendar quarters: Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4. A refund will be provided for any future already paid for quarters, for which no content was already delivered.

REFUNDS ON EBOOKS

Refunds can not be provided on e-books once the e-book has been downloaded
